Earlier, we were actively participating government and government link company (GLC) quotations, tenders and proposals. Sometimes in 2007, thru our experience and knowledge implementing the ship vetting system with PETRONAS Maritime Services Sdn Bhd (PMSSB) using our Biz-e Framework, we notice that there is a huge gap of information sharing in maritime industry especially in shipping operation in Oil and Gas industry.
